Novice/Intro Group - Primary focus is basic mechanics of the four strokes, starts and turns.  This group is introduced to basic endurance conditioning, and familiarity with race situation. This group practices for approximately one hour

April 12th to July 24th
Monday, Wednesday, 4:30pm to 5:30pm Friday 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Members - $325.00- Non Members - $425.00

Juniors: Stroke development and competitiveness are the main objectives of this group. .
April 12th to Aug 14th (for those who will be attending JO’s or Zones)

April 12^th to July 24^th (if your swimmer is not attending JO’s)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Saturday – 3:00pm to 4:15pm

Members - $400 / Non-Members - $550

Seniors: Program is designed to include committed athletes to the sport. Stroke development and competitiveness are the main objectives of this group
